Hello everyone! Hows that quarantine life treating you all? This is such a crazy time and we are all learning how to deal with this new normal. Hopefully this is only temporary and we push through this as fast as possible!
During this time, like many of you, I've been working and homeschooling my 10 and 7 year old. It's currently spring break, so that means NOTHING but imagination and activities to keep these kids busy.
To continue keeping my 4th grader engaged with school, I've created some basic, but fun brain teaser worksheets. I've created it to keep as "supplemental" work, just so she has a little time during the day to use her brain. It's been raining the past few days, so activities have been limited and I'm constantly trying to find ideas for them when they run out.
I found some brain teasers online and I thought they were great. I needed more so I decided to just make a few myself. Below is my first free printable mind boggling brain teaser for download. This is mainly intended for fourth graders, but if you think your child can do it, then give it a whirl. I've included an answer sheet as well. Just have them write their answers on the back of the paper.
Once I have the time I'll make some more worksheets and post them here. I hope you enjoy!

Will Motivations Ever Rule the World?
I'm not sure if they ever will rule the world, but in the meantime, I'll keep trying to practice it! And even if motivations don't rule the world, I don't think it hurts to keep sending out little motivation reminders. I thought I'd share some links for some motivation to kick start your week. I hope you find some of these articles helpful. It's always great to share fun finds on the interwebs. Enjoy and have a fabulous week ahead!

Aqua and Orange Baby Shower
Here is a baby shower party I planned and hosted for a dear friend. My friend's only request was to use the colors Aqua and Orange, so that's what she got! I styled this party 8 years ago and I LOVE how it turned out!

How do you plan?
How do you manage preparing for an event? Whether its a personal event or a larger scale extravaganza, there is always some sort of organization that needs to come into play.⠀
If you are a planner like me, or just have an a-type personality, chances are you like lists. I LOVE lists. They get me through what I need before planning any sort of event. I typically have a go-to checklist that I create for different events. Even a travel packing list! I print it out and use it every time I need it.⠀
For Thanksgiving, I have a MEGA list I like to use, that goes from food, to guests, to decor and games. I can be a little over the top with it, but hey, it's Thanksgiving and it's my favorite holiday!⠀
What are some ways you use lists?⠀
